• The 887,000-square-foot parking structure will provide approximately 1,880 parking spaces when construction is complete - anticipated for early 2022 

• When complete, the Reston Gateway Development will be an integrated mix of office, retail, restaurant, hotel, and residential space located in the Reston Town Center immediately north of the new Silver Line WMATA Metro Station 

• The Reston Gateway project was designed to achieve LEED® Gold certification
