Wills Wharf is the fourth planned building of the new Harbor Point development. Situated on a former manufacturing facility in view of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. Wills Wharf is a 12-story mixed-use building. Foamed glass aggregate was used to build up an area adjacent to the water and over soft soils and utilities.
